The Prudent Princess ships to the USA and Canada only, and is unable to offer free shipping to Canada.

Orders Shipping Within the United States

Standard Shipping:

Items are shipped at a flat rate of $5.00 unless items qualify for free shipping.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. During times of high order volume, order fulfillment may be further delayed.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 3-8 business days.

Packages may be delivered by USPS.
Note: Shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam may take up to 6 weeks in some cases. Tracking information is available for these orders.

Orders Shipped to Canada

All orders shipped outside of the United States are Delivery Duty Unpaid. The buyer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying any duties and local taxes assessed by your local customs office, and note that Prudent Princess doesn’t offer free shipping to Canada.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 8275 E 11th Ave Suite 20002, Denver CO 80220.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
