Your satisfaction is important to Prudent Princess staff. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail, within 14 days from delivery.

What can I return or exchange?

We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed, unaltered, unsoiled, and unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of the delivery date for the price paid.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note: earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, beauty products, and items marked as “final sale” or “close out” cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective.

What can Not be returned?

  • Earrings, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear,  underwear, fragrance, hosiery, and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective and is in its original unused condition.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Closeout” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost, and no refund issued.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

• You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If the item is returned 15-30 days from the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for online store credit on If the return arrives after 30 days from the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused and no refund issued.

• Please note: There will be a 20% restocking fee if the item is returned damaged due to improper packaging.
